By car: Wait at the border for 2 hours.
On foot: Zip through custom in 10 minutes.
Walk across the river and here it is Downtown Tijuana!
Ceviche + seafood tacos.
Hopped to another restaurant for Pina Colada.
After 5 miles of wandering around I decided to just hop onto a random bus with the locals. Where does the bus go? Not a clue.

Got off at the last stop and Google Mapped my way back to the city.
