Traditional flat bread made of barley flour from northern Sweden. They only make it once a year and when stored properly it can last some 20 years (why not make fresh ones every year that was my question). Flat bread was served with butter and it tasted pretty darn good (right when I was about to have lunch).

Vasa Museum. The warship sank in 1628 and was under the sea for some 300 years before the wreck was successfully salvaged. The reconstructed vessel is 98% original.
