I checked in to my hostel in Riga, and my new roommate from China (who has been living in Riga for a year) told me to check out this underground bar called Black Magic Bar. He said this place has wonderful cupcake and is the original home of Black Balsam, a national Latvian herbal liqueur. The liqueur is made with natural ingredients mixed in pure vodka, making it a 45% abv drink.
