My flight from Qatar to Djibouti just left without me. A 45-minute layover at the airport turned into an overnight stay in the city of Doha. Let’s go explore!

However, only 10% of the country’s population are Qatari citizens. To the left is Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, a member of the ruling Al Thani Qatari royal family, being referred to as “His Highness the Father Emir”. During his 18-year rule, Qatar became the richest country in the world per capita and maintained close relations with Iran. To the right is his son Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the current emir (King) of Qatar. Qatar is a small country in the Middle East, with its only land border with Saudi Arabia to the south. Qatar is currently the richest country in the world and has the highest per capita income, backed by its massive natural gas and oil reserves. 卡塔爾是中東一個小國，其唯一的陸地邊界就是南部的沙特阿拉伯。卡塔爾是目前世界上最富有的國家，人均收入最高，擁有龐大的天然氣和石油儲備。 @Doha多哈
