Got into an accident riding a motorbike in Ninh Binh. Had some nasty wounds on my right arms and legs, so decided to visit the hospital the following day to have them checked out. Free medical care at the hospital. Spent the next 4 days or so doing nothing but resting.

Rice field trekking with travelers from Czech Republic, Belgium, Spain, Germany, and the Netherlands. I believe I was the only non-European there; we pretty much hiked in the rain for two days in the muddy rice fields – Laundry was a must afterwards.
